Assignment:

Spectacular Vernacular, collect pictures of typography from your daily life and

arrange them into categories. Design an A1 typographic poster, “Spectacular

Vernacular”, using the design language from one of the categories.

Concept:

I chose my category of window bars. Every letter that I made comes from existing

window bars in Antwerp. I took pictures of these bars and drew over them, creating

a catalogue of interesting letters.
